1. Who we are
   El Grito is a mobile app by Que App (“we,” “us,” “our”).

2. Information we collect
   • We do not collect personally identifiable information.
   • The app uses your device microphone to measure your yell.
   • Any recordings you choose to save (and any local leaderboard entries) remain on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

3. How we use data
   • Data generated by the app is used only to provide app features (e.g., measuring time, showing your local leaderboard, replaying saved yells).
   • We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

4. Third-party services
   • We do not use advertising SDKs or analytics in this version.
   • Apple may provide us with aggregated crash or diagnostic information if you opt in at the OS level.
   • In-app purchase transactions are processed by Apple.

5. In-App Purchases & Payments
   • El Grito offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock premium features. There are no subscriptions.
   • All payments are processed by Apple; we do not access or store payment information.

6. Children’s privacy
   • The app is intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Your choices
   • Microphone: you can disable microphone access in your device settings, though the app will not function as intended.
   • Local data: you can delete saved audio and local leaderboard entries from within the app (e.g., reset/clear board) or by uninstalling the app.

8. Changes to this policy
   • We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the latest version.
